WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?
My wife and I started this business together in August of 2021. In the last few months of 2021, we were able to complete 6 jobs. 5 of those jobs were a complete Metal restoration and the other one was to replace the existing skylights with new metal decking.
2022 will be my first full year doing roofing and while I am getting signed contracts, I have been attending training and seminars through Conklin to better knowledge of the products we use. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me.
WHAT GUARANTEES CAN YOU OFFER THAT THE JOB WILL BE FINISHED ON TIME AND ON BUDGET?
This type of work is sometimes delay because of storms and sickness but I strive to complete my jobs on time and with quality. But so far, I have been completing my jobs with in 4 days. However, if it's a 30,000 sq ft or bigger it could take up to 2 weeks depending on weather.Â
On the other hand, you as the customer will know as soon as I know if there is a situation with you roof that will require more money. However, Metal roofs are pretty easy to figure up what it is going to cost. But flat roofs with a membrane are a little bit more challenging becuase you can see whats under the membran. There is a way to solve that problem. The only way is to take core samples and we do that by drillings into you roof. this process will allow us to see the different layers.
